It’s not the big updates 4.1 as we expecting about but anyway it can help you fixing a little bit about your bad signal for iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4. The update improves the formula to determine how many bars of signal strength to display.
We are updating some devices right now, and will report back with what we find. And if this update cannot improves much, we think Apple will recall iPhone 4 to fix this issue.
